Ruoxi (Alicia) Dong, the founder and leader of The Alicia Dong Team at Douglas Elliman, was named one of 2022’s Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business by the Asian American Business Development Center. Dong and her fellow honorees were celebrated at the organization’s 21st annual awards gala dinner on Sept. 22, at Cipriani Wall Street.

Established in 2001, the award honors “the best of Asian American entrepreneurs, professionals and corporate executives who are engaged in a wide range of business interests, and all of whom have a role in driving the U.S. economy.”
Recently honored in the 2022 RealTrends America’s Best Ranking, as the Top 1.5% by transaction volume among the 1.6 million real estate professionals in the United States, The Alicia Dong Team is the largest team of Chinese-speaking agents at Douglas Elliman. The team has also won multiple top awards at the brokerage, including the 2021 Pinnacle Award, given to its Top 4% agents, as well as 2021 #18 in total GCI, #19 in total transactions and volume company-wide among peers.
Born in China, Dong emigrated to the U.S. to pursue her MBA. She lives in Connecticut with her husband and son and enjoys playing piano and tennis.
