Metro detectives are investigating a homicide in southwest Las Vegas.

Police said the incident occurred at an unspecified time Sunday in the 9000 block of Palmas Atlas Street, in a gated community. It is near South Fort Apache and Blue Diamond roads.

No other details were immediately available.
