Celebrate Veterans Day at Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant in Downtown Summerlin.
To honor active duty and retired military personnel Pancho’s is offering 10% off all food and beverages purchased on November 11, 2022.
All vets and active-duty service members with valid military IDs will get a discount on their food bill.

Birria Chef Ramón – Named after Pancho’s original chef of over 40 years, a traditional Mexican dish made with cuts of beef marinated with special herbs and guajillo chiles, oven-roasted and served in its juice accompanied with onions, cilantro, limes, and a unique traditional sauce, served with Mexican style rice and frijoles de la olla and hot tortillas.
Steak picado – Made with tender pieces of flat iron steak sautéed with green peppers, onions, and tomatoes, seasoned with Chef Ramón’s special herbs and spices, and smothered in melted cheeses.
