Independent Pet Partners Holdings, the operator of Natural Pawz, Kriser’s Natural Pet and other pet-supply store chains, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection with a plan to sell dozens of stores and close the rest. That includes multiple locations in the Austin area.
