NFL Week 3: Raiders Odds vs Steelers
Odds via BetMGM and current upon publishing
The Steelers come into Vegas off a 26-22 victory over their AFC North rival Browns in Pittsburgh in the second of Monday night’s two-fer. T.J. Watt, who is again among the favorites in the AP Defensive Player of the Year award odds picked up a loose ball and returned it 16 yards for the winning touchdown with just under seven minutes left in the fourth quarter. The opportunistic Pittsburgh defense also scored the first points of the game when linebacker Alex Highsmith returned a interception 30 yards, so the Raiders will need to protect the football.
The Raiders have won six of the last nine in the series, although the Steelers won last year on Christmas Eve 13-10. The Raiders lead the overall series 17-14 and are 8-2 ATS in the last 10 games between the teams.
Raiders Super Bowl Odds
As the host of this year’s Super Bowl, Las Vegas is sure to put on a party. The Raiders would love to be on center stage when the festivities begin. That’s probably unrealistic as the early Super Bowl odds put the Raiders at +10000.
AFC Championship Odds For Las Vegas Raiders
The Raiders slipped to +5000 after their loss in Orchard Park, tying them with a pair of 0-2 teams – the Patriots and Broncos – in the AFC championship odds. Only the Colts (+8000) and Texans (+40000) have lower NFL odds.
Other Las Vegas Raiders Futures Odds
Picking a Super Bowl champion and conference winner are two prime examples of how the NFL futures market works. Look down the road, find the odds and make your pick for what will happen beyond the current game on the schedule.
The Raiders’ odds to win the AFC West are a respectable +750 at BetMGM. If you bleed silver and black, you can get +200000 odds on a Raiders-Vikings Super Bowl rematch of Super Bowl XI. More realistic Las Vegas Raiders odds include DE Tyree Wilson (+2000) to win the Defensive Rookie of the Year award or Josh McDaniels (+4000) to capture Coach of the Year honors.
